The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Corporate Compliance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our property compliance data.
About the Role
As Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the collection, collation, and accurate input of compliance data into the Concerto asset management system. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure all required property asset and compliance documentation is obtained, recorded, and maintained to a high standard.
This is a vital role in supporting compliance across our property portfolio. You will contribute to monitoring data trends, supporting the development of remedial action plans, and helping to ensure our properties meet all statutory compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and input compliance and asset data into the Concerto system efficiently and accurately.
Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and consultants to obtain required documentation and evidence.
Monitor compliance records and assist in identifying and tracking non-compliance issues.
Support the development of action plans in response to survey findings and compliance gaps.
Maintain up-to-date records to support regulatory reporting and internal audits.
About You
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills; confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with data input and management systems (experience with Concerto is desirable).
Knowledge of property compliance requirements, including Building Compliance and Health & Safety legislation, is advantageous.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage workload efficiently.
