How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?



Driving product development in the compliance space, eg. on transaction monitoring, ongoing due diligence capabilities, compliance regulatory product frameworks Ensuring all features and processes align with applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g. AML, KYC, FCA guidelines) and internal compliance policies Collaborating closely with compliance and risk teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable and scalable product features Continuously assessing the impact of regulatory changes on product design and roadmap priorities Enhancing automation and efficiency within compliance workflows while maintaining high standards of control and auditability Supporting the creation of data-driven monitoring tools to identify suspicious activity and strengthen fraud and AML detection measures Managing your product's mid to long-term feature roadmap that is based on outcomes and aligned with the wider business roadmap Managing and prioritising your product backlog daily and as part of your team's agile/lean development processes Meeting frequently with operations, compliance, legal and other stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and needs Capturing product requirements from customers and stakeholders and writing accurate user stories

The ideal candidate will have the following:



Proven experience in product management within the compliance or regulatory technology space, ideally focusing on financial crime, transaction monitoring, or onboarding solutions Hands-on experience with APIs

including designing, integrating, and managing third-party or internal API solutions to support compliance and onboarding workflows A proactive and organised mindset, with the ability to manage multiple integration tracks and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously A technical background or strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand system architecture and integrations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage across teams including compliance, legal, engineering, and operations A solid understanding of FCA regulatory frameworks, compliance processes, and third-party compliance or data provider integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate complex regulatory or business requirements into clear, actionable product deliverables
