The Compliance, Risk & Fraud team is the first line of defence within Repayd (formerly known as Trust My Travel). They have a proactive remit to tackle any potential issues before they arise. It's this team's responsibility to ensure that all new and existing customers are audited, ensuring they align with the businesses current risk profile. The team are responsible for the onboarding audit which involves running businesses and individuals through risk and credit checks, using risk software. You will also complete ongoing periodic audits and raise any escalation audits that may be required. This team also manages the chargeback process for the business, both from a proactive and reactive standpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain Repayd's Customer Relationship Management system and Dashboard to ensure that chargeback information is up to date.
Maintain Repayd's Customer Relationship Management system to ensure it's working efficiently for the team.
You will contribute to key business critical tasks such as onboarding new customers.
Use and maintain risk software.
Assist our clients with managing their chargebacks.
Respond and update chargebacks.
Complete regular audits of our clients.
Raise escalation audits when necessary.
About You
Experience working in a financial/money services business.
Experience in the fraud, risk, and chargeback industry.
Experience in customer service and complaint handling.
Computer literate with experience of using Office 365 products
