Job Description

Housing Services are looking for a technical expert in the areas of damp, mould and condensation and who is at qualified to at least HNC level in a related area of Construction or Building Surveying.


As the Services expert you will need an in-depth understanding of Building Construction and association regulations, legislation and guidance in relation to the management of Damp & Mould. You will manage the Services approach in this technical area, helping the Service to be compliant and to be prepared for any changes in legislation


You will need experience of working in a Social Housing environment and have experience in investigating, managing and resolving issues in this technical area

This is a hybrid working role and you will be required to be in the office at least two days a week
