Join The HICA Group and make a real difference every day. We're looking for a dedicated Compliance Support Officer to join our Operations and Compliance Team. This newly created role will help us maintain the high-quality standards we aspire to across our care services.

About the Role

As a Compliance Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our care homes and services to achieve full compliance. You'll work closely with Registered Managers and the Operations Team, delivering audits, monitoring quality metrics, and ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.



This is a hands-on role that involves travel across our services, occasional overnight stays, and practical support where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor compliance across registered services and assist with audits. Analyse quality metrics and provide reports to the Operations and Compliance Managers. Support risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies. Educate staff on compliance requirements and the impact of non-compliance. Assist in investigations and implement action plans to maintain standards. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulators. Travel across HICA services (full driving licence and business insurance required).

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards in care. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and willing to travel (occasional overnight stays). Hands-on approach with a commitment to high-quality care.
