We are looking for a

Compliance Support Officer

to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring statutory compliance across the Council's Corporate Landlord Estate, retained School Estate, and other assets. Reporting to the

Senior Compliance Officer

, you will help maintain accurate compliance documentation, coordinate inspections, and support follow-up actions.

This is a varied role where you will provide administrative and operational support to Building Officers and the wider compliance team. You'll manage enquiries, maintain records and databases, schedule inspections, monitor repairs, and liaise with contractors. You will also assist with compliance areas such as

Gas Safety, Electrical Testing, Legionella, Asbestos, Fire Risk, and Health & Safety
