What you'll be doing;
General Administration Tasks
Data inputting
Manage Overweight reports and Tachograph data
Reviewing and updating monthly compliance reports
Monitoring and reporting on customer on time performance
Updating Tracking Systems and completing monthly reports
Various other reporting
Updating Toolbox Talks and Driver Inductions
Logistics Salesforce defect raising and testing
Completing Depot VMR Audits
QHSE Reporting weekly and liaising with Depot Personnel to resolve
Gathering KPI data
What we're looking for;
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management
Previous administration experience is essential
Good IT Skills & communication both written and verbal
