We have multiple HT&M Project/Programme Control opportunities and are hiring Controls Professionals with proven experience of delivery in these sectors.



We are currently seeking to recruit a Compliance/Document Control - Co-ordinator to join our Real Estate team, supporting exciting new Pharmaceutical projects. This role is varied and challenging, and will involve working with internal and Client document control teams.

You will enjoy a challenge and problem solving with a background (ideally) in the Pharmaceutical industry. With experience in Compliance/QA Auditing

Possessing a consistent approach to quality standards being met, meeting handover deadlines and supporting in the completion handover checklists. Alongside managing and tracking the Change Control Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, Govern & Administrate Document Management of the PMO Deliverables & client facing PMs Projects (Chasing PMs and liaising with external parties (PC, Designers, Contractors) to ensure agreed deliverables are received and compliant to client SOPs and rules of the road).
  • Coordination of Delivery Partner Compliance to client Standards over Project Lifecycle.
  • Coordination and maintenance of key registers for HOP, technical documentation, drawings, engineering assets, GMP & Safety Impact Change Control.
  • Provide overall governance reporting on compliance to the PPDM Group.
  • Conduct Audits of the Project milestone deliverables (Compliance, which is covering Projects, Quality and EHS)
Qualifications
  • Experienced Information Manager with 3+ years IM and/or Consultancy experience.
  • Experience of Pharmaceutical projects benfical
  • Administrator level experience using at least one of the following: Aconex, ViewPoint/4P, Asite, Bentley, ProjectWise.
  • User level experience of at least one other CDE / EDMS or similar system.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Well organised and able to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Must be able to manage priorities according to the demands of the project environment.
  • Skilled in presenting to groups and delivering training in a variety of mediums.
  • Set up and maintenance of workflows within a CDE / EDMS.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management and Document Control.
  • Running stakeholder workshops.
  • Process capture and mapping
  • Use of advanced optional CDE / EDMS features, e.g. e-procurement
