About the Role*
Global Eco Energy Solutions Ltd are part of a Group of Renewable Energy businesses and we are seeking an experienced Compliance/Sales Administration Manager to lead our sales administration team and ensure compliance within the Renewables and ECO4 markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence, manage compliance activities, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
o? ?Lead and motivate the sales administration team to achieve KPIs.
o? ?Oversee certification and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to MCS and the ECO4 funding rules and industry standards.
o? ?Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes and customer service.
o? ?Produce weekly performance reports for senior management.
o? ?Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate data records.
o? ?Handle customer enquiries and feedback daily.
o? ?Stay updated on industry regulations and train the team accordingly.

What We're Looking For*
o? ?Proven experience in sales administration and compliance (renewables/ECO4 preferred).
o? ?Strong leadership and organisational skills.
o? ?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
