Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Component Picker / Parcel Packer to join our rapidly expanding Battery Pack Assembly team at BBL Batteries.

In this role, you will be responsible for

accurately picking components

for the assembly line, and

preparing the complete battery products for shipment

, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service. The role will also include everyday warehouse tasks that might include goods inwards, stock management & rotation, stock takes etc.

Would suit candidates with Assembly line or engineering experience

Responsibilities

Pick battery pack components accurately and efficiently for the assembly line Pack finished battery products carefully and efficiently for shipping. Perform quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before leaving the building. Handle materials safely, including

heavy lifting

as required. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels. Assist when needed with checking goods in and out of the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse.

Requirements

Experience in Component Picking - production line/manufacturing environment

. Eye for detail - our components & part numbers are often complex Due to the technical nature of our products excellent spoken English is required Ability to lift heavy items safely and effectively. Familiarity with materials handling techniques. Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage. Experience with warehouse management systems is beneficial but not essential.
