Responsibilities

Operate Ultrasonic GFM cutting machine to cut kits for production staff.

Re-nest kits to cut efficiently to not waste material.

Ensure material is stored correctly and temperature history recorded.

Ensure kits are cut according to customer delivery schedules.

De-weed cut patterns, pre-stick plies and kit accurately to part/serial numbers.

Control material stock. In date and always have sufficient stock.

A successful Composite Prep Shop Operator will have the following skills;

Ability to work methodically and follow procedures

Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail

Wage Rate: From 14.00, dependant on experience
