Composite Trim & Assembly Technician

Role Overview

As a Composite Trim & Assembly Technician, you'll be working hands-on with composite parts, following technical drawings and build manuals to complete high-precision trimming, bonding, and assembly tasks. You'll receive

on-the-job training

and support from experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Trim and finish composite parts to exact specifications Bond components and complete assemblies using standard processes Follow technical drawings and build manuals accurately Complete required paperwork including time sheets and route cards Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with all health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For

Required:

Confident using hand tools and air tools Great attention to detail and pride in your work A team player with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a high-quality, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Experience in composite manufacturing or similar industry Knowledge of composite component construction Ability to read and understand build manuals and drawings Experience with fine finishing or auto body repair
