THG Labs Acheson offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome, and Radstock, including a state-of-the-art laboratory and a 78,000-square-foot, ever-growing manufacturing site!

We are now searching for a positive and pro-active Compounder to join our fast-paced compounding team at our manufacturing site in Frome on a full-time basis.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 6pm-2.30pm & 2.30pm-11pm (Rotating Shifts)

Salary:

33,018 per year

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Compounding Supervisor the Compounder is responsible for accurately dispensing ingredients and manufacturing batches to met quality and output standards using mixing vessels.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense and manufacture bulk products with high accuracy and compliance. Meet production targets and monitor stock levels. Adhere to all compounding procedures and GMP requirements. Collaborate with Technical and Quality teams to maintain high product standards and respond promptly to quality issues. Support other compounding teams and contribute to continuous improvement. Communicate effectively across teams and promote a positive working environment. Follow all Health & Safety protocols, report hazards and uphold a safe working environment. Perform additional duties as required.
