What You'll Be Doing

As a Compounding Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process, operating key equipment like granulators and shredders to meet daily targets. Your responsibilities will include:


Running and maintaining compounding machinery and support equipment Adjusting production levels based on stock and demand Supporting engineering activities and first-level maintenance Upholding high housekeeping and safety standards Identifying and communicating process improvements Performing daily equipment and forklift safety checks

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:


Experienced in manufacturing - compounding or extrusion is a big plus! Safety-conscious with excellent awareness of health & safety procedures A strong communicator and self-starter who thrives on hitting production goals Comfortable working independently and flexibly Forklift experience (counterbalance) is desirable
