We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and machinery. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. The Repair Technician will work closely with other team members to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
Duties
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in equipment and machinery.
Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all repair activities.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair needs and timelines.
Experience
Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in repairs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
