Computer Science Teacher - Dive into an Innovative, Coding-First Curriculum - Birmingham
A cutting-edge secondary school in the Birmingham is seeking a highly technical ECT of Computer Science to join their innovative Digital Faculty from January 2026.

ECT: Computer Science Teacher required from January 2026
Birmingham -based school with an advanced, coding-focused curriculum
Ideal for a teacher with strong programming skills and a passion for computational theory

You will teach Computer Science (KS3/4) with a focus on Python and theoretical concepts. The induction includes bespoke training in Cloud-Based Teaching tools and managing a flipped classroom approach. You will be encouraged to lead a robotics or coding club from term two.
Experience and Qualifications

QTS or completing final training in Computer Science
Proven ability to teach Python programming at KS4
Familiarity with computational thinking and digital literacy frameworks
Willingness to engage in the school's digital innovation pilot projects
