Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with responsibility for the A-Level curriculum.
• Design and implement innovative schemes of work that inspire student engagement in programming, coding, and advanced digital literacy.
• Contribute actively to the school's growing STEAM provision, potentially running coding clubs, robotics teams, or technology workshops.
• Monitor student progress, ensuring strong outcomes and high levels of subject uptake.
• Work collaboratively within the Science and Technology faculties as a dedicated Computer Science Teacher.

Requirements

• A strong degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (QTS/PGCE valued but not essential).
• Proven success in teaching the subject to a high standard, particularly at A-Level.
