GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Maltby (S66) from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled educator to teach digital literacy and programming skills to the next generation.
Key Responsibilities of the Computer Science Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).
• Plan creative and engaging lessons that develop digital skills, coding knowledge, and computational thinking.
• Prepare students for GCSE exams and support academic achievement.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all learners can thrive.
• Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular computing activities.

Requirements for the Computer Science Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience teaching Computer Science in a UK secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• Excellent classroom management and a passion for technology in education.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
