The Role of a Concierge

As a Concierge you will develop a rapport with our guests by providing high standards of service and care. You will meet our guests with a smile, escort them to their room, providing luggage assistance and respond to guest inquiries that enhances their stay in Bath.



The ideal person will be sociable with an upbeat and positive personality. You will have excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrate excellent customer service, and be adaptable to meet the needs of our guests.
