We are recruiting for a confident and highly motivated building manager/concierge to join a dynamic and growing team, based at a residential property development in Manchester. What will you be doing?

Meeting and greeting residents as they come in and out of the building

Always providing exceptional customer service

Responding to daily enquiries and using initiative to resolve any complaints

Liaising with contractors regarding minor maintenance

Rotating bins to mitigate build up of waste within the bin store and presenting on specific dates.

Assisting with letting agents/ property owners and residents

Assisting with law enforcement and emergency services where appropriate.

Regularly patrolling the building and ensuring a smooth, problem free environment.

Accurate note taking and relaying all information and incidents to our 24/7 control room.

What are we looking for in a Concierge?

Previous front of house experience is essential

Previous experience working in a residential development is desirable.

Excellent customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Shift Pattern

07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00

Weekends Only

Occasional Overtime/ Holiday cover
