The successful candidate can expect to be offered a variety of shifts and whilst the position is advertised on a casual basis, we would also be pleased to discuss a full or part-time contract.
The rate of pay for this position is 9 - 12.25 per hour, depending on your age.

About the role
To be responsible for providing a professional concierge service for the greatest enjoyment of our guests.
To welcome guests to the hotel, directing and assisting them as required.
To provide guests with information on facilities, services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transport schedules, arranging tickets, bookings, appointments and reservations as required.
To provide guests with maps, brochures and other literature, relevant to the area.
To be aware of all hotel services and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
To ensure you handle, store and deliver guest luggage with care and to the appropriate destination.
To provide a guest car parking service.
To assist guests with any reasonable request for hotel services.
To work effectively with colleagues to ensure an harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
To maintain the security of guest property and storage areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
To respond to guest complaints with courteously and efficiently, finding the appropriate solution or escalate to the management team when required.
Any other duties as required by management.
