About the role
The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. Put simply, we come to work to create a fantastic experience that our people love, and that starts from the moment we connect with our new joiners.
We're looking for an on-site Facility Manager to join our dynamic team at our flagship London office. You'll oversee top office services to ensure employees have everything they need to excel and be productive in the office.
Your day will be varied -- from managing meeting rooms and supporting queries, to coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting other European offices.

What you'll be doing
Acting as the first on-site point of contact for board members and C-Office
Supporting business meetings held in the office, including acting as a point of contact for employees
Maintaining office budget control
Ensuring regulatory, legislative, and EHS compliance
Maintaining meeting rooms, stationery, and tidiness
Managing WX tickets, responding politely and adequately while meeting SLAs
Supporting queries via email, Jira, Slack, and in-person
Cooperating with building management, vendors, security, and cleaning teams
Managing company documentation (outgoing/incoming mail, emails, invoices, etc.)
Conducting daily office checks and reporting any issues
Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory
Managing office access and badge control
Commissioning and decommissioning global offices
What you'll need
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
To be motivated with a positive, self-starter attitude
Team player skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative when needed
Keen attention to detail
Flexibility and a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills
Reliability and responsibility with a friendly and approachable manner
Availability to travel internationally
Nice to have
Experience working in a similar position at a multi-location, international company
A general understanding of tech services, specifically use of MacBooks and Google Suite
