In the role of Receptionist / Concierge, you will be part of the workplace experience team, facilitating and implementing best practice across all front-of-house areas while delivering a professional service to customers, building users, and visitors.

You will champion and implement our service culture mindset, promoting the right behaviours to deliver a positive impact on colleagues and customers, and to create a workplace that delivers on our purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering the unexpected to our clients through first-class customer service.
Act as a natural host who makes customers, visitors, and colleagues feel at home within the location.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries.
Work with the security team to ensure all processes are followed.
Assist in answering all telephone enquiries for the site, including room bookings and setup.
Support the onsite management team with high-profile events.
Support in creating the best customer and workplace experience.
Develop relationships and capture clients' individual requirements for future site visits.
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and share notes and feedback with the team.
Work on community initiatives to develop connections.
Undertake tours of the building to ensure best practice and report any faults or concerns at the earliest opportunity.
Support key events both during and outside normal working hours.
Provide support to the Workplace Experience team as required and during periods of annual leave.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
First Aid training is preferable, but can be provided as part of the role.
IOSH certification is preferable, but training will be provided as part of the role.
Workplace Experience Programme training is preferable, but will be provided as part of the role.
Experience of working in a high-profile environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within a highly confidential environment.
High level of knowledge and capability in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience of working in public sector commercial environments is preferable.
Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders' demands and associated time pressures.
Previous experience in general reception, customer service, or administration tasks is preferred.
