We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our esteemed establishment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional guest service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment. Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and activities on behalf of guests. Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure that all guest inquiries are logged accurately. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries. Assist in managing special requests or events for guests as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Familiarity with local restaurants and attractions to provide informed recommendations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
