The Role
As a
Jet9 Concierge Specialist
, you will support live airport operations, ensuring all services are delivered smoothly, safely, and in line with aviation and security requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating aircraft arrivals, departures, and turnarounds
Liaising with flight crews, passengers, airport staff, and third-party suppliers
Providing professional, customer-focused service at all times
Managing issues calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Completing accurate operational records and logs
Working strictly in line with security, safety, and company procedures
Representing Jet9 professionally within a secure airside environment
Shift Pattern & Working Hours
Primarily
12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00)
Some
6-hour shifts
may be required
Operation runs
363 days per year
Closed
Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Flexibility is essential due to the operational nature of the role.
Essential Requirements
Applicants
must
meet the following criteria:
Full UK manual driving licence
(essential)
Minimum 5-year checkable employment and/or address history
Previous customer service experience
Right to work in the UK
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Security & Compliance Checks
This role is subject to full airport and aviation compliance checks, including:
5-year employment and reference history verification
Enhanced or standard DBS check
Airside security background checks
Right to Work verification
References covering the required period
A clear DBS (no unspent convictions relevant to the role) is required to pass security vetting.
