We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a large, prestigious building in the heart of Manchester. As the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a friendly, professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors
Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and via email with efficiency and courtesy
Manage deliveries, bookings, and access to the building
Liaise with contractors and service providers as required
Maintain security standards, including monitoring entry points and conducting regular checks
Ensure communal areas are always presentable and welcoming
About You:
Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house, or customer service role is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility
