The Role
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role combining
customer care
with
business development and sales
. You'll manage all incoming concierge enquiries, build and maintain a high-quality supplier directory, and actively seek new B2B partnerships with professionals like estate agents, personal assistants, and sports club managers.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Highbury & Islington, with occasional off-site meetings and client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Concierge Operations
Manage all concierge enquiries from start to finish
Contact vetted suppliers to confirm availability and suitability
Recommend and connect the right professional to each customer
Follow up to ensure a high-quality experience is delivered
Maintain a clear record of all enquiries, actions and outcomes
Directory Building
Use AI tools, search platforms and personal outreach to research and add new service providers
Expand coverage across trades, sectors and regions
Ensure all entries are accurate, up to date, and clearly categorised
Partnership Development
Identify high-potential referral partners (estate agents, PAs, office managers, sports clubs, etc.)
Initiate outreach, secure meetings, and represent gittgo in a confident and professional manner
Present the concierge as a no-cost value-add service for their clients
Close referral partnerships and track ongoing engagement
What We're Looking For
A confident communicator -- strong phone and face-to-face presence
Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple workstreams
Target-driven, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals
A self-starter who takes full ownership of their work
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like spreadsheets, CRM systems, AI tools and search platforms
Required Experience
Proven success in a
sales, customer care or concierge role
Experience managing customer relationships from first contact to resolution
Demonstrable track record of
closing deals or winning contracts
Experience working in a sales environment with clear performance targets
Exposure to business development or B2B relationship building
What We Offer
26,000-32,000 base salary
Commission on partnerships and referrals
OTE 75,000+ in Year 1
