Diff_Rent is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable
Part-Time Front Desk Concierge
to join our team in Harrow on the Hill. As the first point of contact for our residents, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, has concierge or customer service experience, and knows the local area well.
Key Responsibilities
Warm Welcome:
Greet and assist residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Efficient Check-In/Out:
Manage resident arrivals and departures using our digital systems.
Prompt Support:
Respond to inquiries and resolve resident issues in a timely and effective way.
Accurate Records:
Maintain up-to-date records and perform administrative duties with a high level of precision.
Tidy Workspace:
Ensure the front desk remains clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Phone & Email Communication:
Handle incoming calls and messages professionally, routing them as necessary.
Administrative Assistance:
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the local Harrow area is an advantage
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail, especially in data entry
Confident, clear communication skills, both in person and on the phone
Self-motivated and team-oriented
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
