Are you passionate about safety and delivering an excellent customer experience?
As a Concierge/Facilities Ambassador with ISS, you will play a key role in creating a safe and secure environment, protecting colleagues, customers, and assets through exemplary security operations while providing a welcoming and professional presence on site.
The Role

• Ensure the safety and security of the site and everyone on it at all times
• Stay vigilant and identify any suspicious activity
• Prevent unauthorised access to the site
• Maintain awareness of all site activity and be fully briefed on daily events
• Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors
• Build positive, professional relationships with customers and colleagues
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and report any breaches promptly
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on site requirements

About You

• Previous security experience
• A valid frontline Security Industry Authority (SIA) license (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection)
• Knowledge of security systems and related technology
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent, professional approach
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and development
