Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and professional

Concierge

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Concierge will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Duties



Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experience. Manage reservations for restaurants, transportation, and activities as requested by guests. Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Maintain knowledge of local events and attractions to provide up-to-date recommendations. Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or taking reservations. Assisting with Luggage

Experience



Previous experience in a hospitality role such as concierge, guest services, or hotel reception is preferred. Proficiency in time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for communicating with a diverse clientele. Familiarity with restaurant operations and local dining options is beneficial. A passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences is essential.
