Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires a strong focus on guest services, time management, and the ability to handle various requests with efficiency and grace.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and events. Assist guests with luggage porterage to their bedrooms. Assist housekeeping with linen porterage, delivering to the room attendants around the hotel. Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs effectively.
