About the Role

As our Concierge/Security team member, you'll be the first friendly face residents, families, students and their friends see when they arrive home. You'll be the heart of the development, creating a welcoming and safe environment while keeping a watchful eye to make sure everyone feels comfortable and secure.

This isn't a "stand in the corner" type of job. It's about being present, approachable and proactive -- someone who can greet with warmth and challenge anti-social behaviour with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing

Giving residents and visitors a genuine, friendly welcom

every day. Acting as the eyes and ears of the development -- ensuring communal areas are safe, secure, and well looked after. Challenging and reporting any anti-social behaviour to help keep the community a safe and happy place for everyone. Building positive relationships with residents and contractors. Monitoring CCTV and access control systems. Handling deliveries, assisting with queries, and generally being that helpful "go-to" person people love to see at the front desk. Supporting the management team to keep the estate running smoothly.
About You

You've got a naturally warm and friendly personality -- people just feel good around you. You're comfortable having calm, confident conversations when things aren't quite right. You can think on your feet and stay cool under pressure. A background in security, concierge or customer service is great -- but attitude and personality are just as important. You're reliable, professional, and genuinely care about creating a safe and welcoming community.
