Job Description

Floorspan Contracts is a specialist designer, manufacturer and installer of industrial pre-cast concrete flooring components for the Construction industry.

Due to ongoing expansion we require a

Concrete Batcher / Plant Operator

to join our team in Wisbech.

Responsibilities and Duties



The role, based at our busy concrete production factory will be to produce good quality concrete using our specialist, automated on-site mixing plant.

The role involves working outdoors all year round and demands a high level of physical activity.



Produce a variety of good quality concrete mixes and types. To monitor aggregate stock levels. To operate a loading shovel. Daily cleaning of the plant with a high pressure power washer and housekeeping to include greasing and simple maintenance.

Key Skills



Previous experience in concrete would be a distinct advantage A Teleporter / Loading shovel licence would be a distinct advantage Patient and friendly manner

The Package:

Pay: From 13.32 per hour
