We are seeking reliable and experienced

Concrete DRUM Mixer Drivers

to join our team as we expand into the world of Ready Mix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to customer sites while adhering to company and legal standards. This role involves driving a concrete mixer truck, ensuring the proper mixing of materials, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure proper blending of materials. Conduct regular maintenance checks on mixing machinery to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and resolve any operational challenges. Communicate effectively with customers on-site to ensure accurate delivery of orders.

Qualifications

Essential:

Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving license with CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence). Proven experience driving HGVs, preferably concrete mixers. Good understanding of vehicle safety, road regulations, and tachograph usage.

Desirable:

Experience in the construction or concrete industry. Knowledge of ready-mix concrete handling and delivery procedures.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
