Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Repair Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at various sites across the North of England. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Monitor the performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed to enhance productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and address any issues promptly. Facilitate communication between management and staff to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations. Prepare reports on site progress, incidents, and any other relevant information for management review. Implement training programmes for new staff members to ensure they are well-equipped for their roles.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within remediation industry is essential. Strong ability to manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the site operations. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and management. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as required.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
