Are you passionate about promoting a culture of compliance and conduct risk management within a dynamic retail environment? AXA Retail is seeking a dedicated Conduct & Compliance Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Conduct, Compliance & Regulatory Change, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that robust mechanisms are in place to identify and manage conduct risk exposure in alignment with our risk appetite.
Your expertise will be key in providing technical compliance support to key stakeholders, empowering our business to navigate complex regulatory landscapes effectively. In this role, you'll proactively collaborate with various teams to achieve our strategic business priorities. You'll deliver impactful internal communication, expert support, and advisory services, all while guiding stakeholders on best practices and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing our conduct risk maturity. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
