Conductive Assistant (CA)
Megan Baker House (MBH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate team member.
This full-time role involves supporting children and adults with neurological conditions and adults with neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Coordination Disorder )DCD), Parkinson's, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and genetic disorders. Working within our centre in Herefordshire and across outreach locations the CA will assist in delivering high-quality conductive education sessions that promote independence, confidence and improved quality of life.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with additional needs. While previous experience with SEN children and adults is desirable, full training will be provided.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, make a meaningful difference and progress towards further training up to degree level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 19,500.00-25,300.00 per year
