Responsibilities

Prepare and produce a variety of confections, including chocolates, candies, and pastries. Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality in all products. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout the production process. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely production of goods. Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs.

Experience

Proven experience in food production or culinary roles, particularly in baking or confectionery. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products. Previous experience in a restaurant or similar setting is advantageous but not essential.
