Conference Producer - USA & European Finance Conferences
Central London (Hybrid Working) + Travel
Base salary 35-40K + Profit Share + Benefits

About the Conference Producer Role
As a Conference Producer, you will take full ownership of your conferences, conducting both desk research and phone interviews with industry specialists to gain deep insights, identify key commercial issues, and develop and write compelling, high-impact conference programmes.
You'll then source, invite and persuade senior-level speakers to address the topics you've identified, helping to create events that are engaging, insightful, and highly relevant to industry leaders.
This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to develop your research, analysis, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, while gaining a deep understanding of the sectors you cover.
Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyse industries to identify key commercial drivers.
• Write creative, high-quality conference agendas that attract top speakers.
• Identify, approach, and secure leading industry executives.
• Build long-term relationships and industry knowledge to support conference growth.
• Lead projects and brief internal teams to deliver seamless events.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent academic record (minimum 2:1 honours degree )
• B2B conference production experience - you understand the process and commercial drivers involved in the production of events
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Confidence in engaging senior-level stakeholders and persuading speakers.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
