Conference Producer - Fintech Events
London office - Hybrid working, 3 days in-office + Travel
Salary up to 45,000+Generous Profit Share and Bonuses
Our client is a dynamic, ambitious events company with a start-up energy, producing world-class conferences and content at the intersection of financial services and technology. They create high-impact experiences that bring together industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from around the globe, shaping conversations and driving meaningful dialogue in the fintech world.
As an experienced Conference Producer, you'll be at the forefront of producing and shaping these premium events. You'll be responsible for crafting forward-thinking agendas, engaging senior executives, and delivering standout experiences that leave a lasting impression.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the full production cycle of premium B2B fintech conferences, from initial research and concept creation to post-event analysis.
• Design agenda topics that resonate with current market needs, uncovering key trends and emerging opportunities.
• Research and write engaging content that can be used on the website, social media and alongside the events
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver value-packed experiences for attendees and sponsors.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, senior speakers, and high-level commercial collaborators.

Who You Are:

• B2B conference producer with 1-3 years of experience, ideally with an interest in financial services and tech, with an eye for emerging trends.
• Skilled in content creation, agenda development, and speaker management.
• Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial, able to thrive in a fast-moving, ambitious, close team environment.
