London, United Kingdom

Job Description

Conference Producer - Flagship B2B Life Science Conference
Central London (Hybrid working, 3 days in-office) | International Travel
Salary Up to 35,000 (flexible) + Bonus + Benefits
Are you passionate about producing life sciences conferences and eager to work on a flagship event?
We are hiring an experienced conference producer to join a successful team that creates and delivers an outstanding and well-attended international flagship life science event.
You'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that takes pride in producing insightful, commercially successful events.
What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key trends, challenges and opportunities within the life sciences sector.
  • Develop high-quality content by creating agendas that reflect the most current and relevant issues.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including advisory boards and industry leaders, to shape each event.
  • Recruit expert speakers, securing high-profile contributors to share their insights on stage.
  • Write and edit compelling content, including programme copy and marketing briefs.
  • Collaborate across departments, working closely with sponsorship, marketing, audience development, and event operations teams to drive success.
  • Manage project timelines and take full ownership of your events, from concept through to on-site delivery.
  • Travel internationally to attend and oversee your conferences.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in a life sciences-related field, with a genuine interest in scientific innovation.
  • Previous experience in b2b conference production is required.
  • A confident communicator with excellent research and creative writing abilities.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
Please note: This is not an event logistics or operations role - you will not be booking venues or suppliers. This is a strategic content role focused on research, agenda creation, speaker recruitment and thought leadership.
Benefit from working for an established international B2B Events company with a network of global offices that has been producing b2b events for many (many!) years. Hybrid working- 3 days in the office, overseas travel, private healthcare, pension, lots of social activities throughout the week and year!
