Conference Producer - Financial Services
Salary up to 38K + Benefits
Central London Office (hybrid working) + International Travel
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Conference Producer with proven B2B conference experience, ideally in finance or investment events, to join a fast-growing international tech business.
In this role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of the events, from concept to delivery, collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to maximise audience engagement and impact. You will have the opportunity to travel to attend your events in this position.
What You'll Be Doing

• Researching trends and translating them into compelling event agendas
• Building relationships with senior industry figures and securing them as speakers
• Managing all aspects of event production, from concept to delivery
• Collaborating with colleagues in marketing and sales to drive audience growth and engagement
• Identifying opportunities for new event formats and topics

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of experience in commercial conference production, ideally in financial services conferences.
• Strong research, writing, and content development skills
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders
• Team player
