Purpose of the role and how you will contribute




We are seeking a

Connect Implementation Adviser

to support the ongoing delivery of

Project Connect

. This is a full-time secondment opportunity for 6 months, ideal for someone who is process-driven, collaborative and keen to help embed consistent ways of working across the organisation.


Supporting the Connect Implementation Lead, you will take responsibility for the

process and operational elements of Connect delivery

from running workshops and collating requirements to supporting engagement and training activities. Your work will be crucial in stabilising and standardising key processes to improve users experience with Connect.

Key responsibilities



Running workshops with teams to map processes, identify gaps, and spot opportunities to improve. Collaborating with Information Services colleagues to help design and deliver solutions in a timely manner. Collating and triaging feedback from across the business. Producing practical and consistent step-by-step guides, and FAQs that capture agreed ways of working, helping colleagues feel confident using Connect. Spotting learning needs, which can then be delivered as training by IS colleagues.

What you'll bring



You will have a strong process and operational focus, with excellent attention to detail. You will be confident in running workshops, capturing requirements, and producing clear process documentation. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and functions, building positive relationships. Excellent organisational skills to balance multiple priorities. Proactive and solutions-focused, able to help identify improvements and escalate issues appropriately. A clear and effective communicator, tailoring messages for different audiences. Knowledge of working in the regions (desirable but not essential). Flexibility - to travel to NFU sites when required.
