Key Responsibilities

Engage with outbound travellers and promote Nova's SIM and eSIM products Assist customers with activation and device setup Use smartphone or tablet POS tools to manage transactions Deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced travel environments Work flexible 4-hour or 8-hour shifts Earn uncapped commission on top of hourly pay

What We're Looking For

Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a bonus Strong communication and people skills Tech-savvy; confident using smartphones and digital platforms Must provide a valid

DBS certificate

(Reimbursement provided after 3 months of continuous service)*
Eligible for Security Clearance (SC) Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in busy, dynamic settings
