We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven

ConnectWise Coordinator

to support and enhance our book-to-bill administration processes. TheConnectWise Coordinator will play an essential role in supporting Core's operational processes, with a focus on maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the book-to-bill cycle within the ConnectWise platform.



This role involves end-to-end coordination of order and agreement management, working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate system data, streamlined workflows, and reliable reporting.



Reporting to the Process and Data Integrity Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurate system configuration, maintaining clean and consistent data, and driving continuous improvement across key workflows.




Duties & Responsibilities:




Order Management: Oversee the entire order process from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Procurement Management: Collaborate with the procurement team fulfilling the procurement process from order to billing. Agreement Management: Manage the entire Agreement Management process, including automating the creation, tracking, and billing of customer contracts to ensure clear expectations, responsibilities, and profitability. System Administration: Manage and maintain the ConnectWise platform, ensuring it is configured to support the book to bill process. Data Integrity: Accurately enter and update information in the ConnectWise system. Reporting: Generate and analyse reports on book to bill processing metrics and performance. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the book to billing processing system and workflows. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing. Due Diligence preparedness: ensuring the ConnectWise data is entered consistently and accurately to facilitate future fundraising.


Requirements:




ConnectWise Expertise: Proficiency in using and configuring the ConnectWise platform. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order management. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer support and team collaboration. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve order processing issues. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
