We are looking for a full time, experienced Sales Representative to cover our Conservatory and Extension enquiries in the Warwickshire and Birmingham areas.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services, tailoring the approach to meet client needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions. Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. Valid driving licence, as travel is required for client meetings. Proven experience in Conservatory/Extension sales with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes and reporting. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Highly organised with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and follow-ups.
