Construction Admin Coordinator OR Assistant QS or Anyone fit for role
, with a solid understanding of construction and design processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to support project delivery through admin, basic quantity work, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, email management, document control, and marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities Construction & Design Support
Understand drawings, materials, and basic construction methods
Carry out basic quantity take-offs and assist with material lists
Prepare excel/word cost and measurement documents
Assist with design-related tasks such as reviewing layouts, PDFs, and visuals
Administrative & Office Tasks
Manage project email, organise inboxes, and maintain timely communication
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documents
Organise digital files, drawings, and revision records
Maintain logs, checklists, and project trackers
Provide general administrative support across the company
Project Coordination
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Track materials, deliveries, labour, and site progress
Assist with preparing project schedules and monitoring deadlines
Follow up on outstanding tasks and maintain smooth communication
Bookkeeping & Tracking
Record daily site expenses, receipts, delivery notes
Support accounts with basic financial administration
Marketing Support (Basic Level)
Assist with preparing simple marketing materials (brochures, flyers, visuals)
Support social media updates, website edits, and basic content posting
Help create project case studies, before/after visuals, and presentations
Use AI tools to speed up content preparation or graphics (optional)
Technology & Tools
Proficient in

Requirements
Experience in construction, design, or architecture admin (preferred)
Basic understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site workflow

Basic graphic design and marketing awareness
Ability to work independently and support multiple projects
