Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as our first construction apprentice. Duties

Assist senior staff with daily tasks and operational activities relevant to the specific industry Observe and learn technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices Support the team in maintaining equipment, organising work areas, and preparing materials Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently under supervision Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines and quality standards Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

A keen interest in developing skills within the industry Good organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Willingness to undertake training programmes and learn new techniques Basic literacy and numeracy skills Prior experience is not necessary; however, a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Must be aged 16 or over and eligible to work in the UK Must have a valid driving license and be able to commute to work Must be physically fit to labour in a construction role
