Job Description

This role will be working within the Construction office-based team and be responsible for all administration for the department, in particular the Health, Environment and Safety, & Quality Assurance. (HESQ)

Key role responsibilities



To manage the development of good administrative practice for the Production team including maintaining and developing procedures, records and systems. First point of contact for any general enquiries received for the Production teams, responding or redirecting where appropriate. Management of dashboards and issuing of all relevant information. Responsible for regular KPI reporting and tracking, ensuring directors are updated on a regular basis. Management of workmanship manual, ensuring all information is updated when processes change. Proactively following up of forms and applications when needed. Support using all types of communication to connect with stakeholders, e.g. telephone calls, emails, minute taking, message noting and letter writing. Preparation of, and issuing documentation to team, site personnel and other relevant parties. Supporting the Production team on our construction software. Management of creating, updating and co-ordinating programmes for Contracts Managers. Assisting Site Managers with completing HESQ Reports. Provide efficient and responsive executive support to the Head of Build and Head of Technical. Raise purchase orders for the department on our construction software. General administration and filing for the department. Provide support to other department administrators when needed. Support the team in reviewing processed to identify oppportunities for improvement in testing procedures and quality. Creating documents and reports using the full range of Microsoft Office programmes available, filing, photocopying and taking minutes of appropriate meetings.

What we expect from you



Demonstrates a positive attitude and teamwork abilities. Experience in a construction related role preferred. T-Level qualification preffered. Strong micrososft office experience, Excel & Microsoft Project, in particular. Accurate, organised and passionate with high attention to detail and pride shown in their role. Diligent with the ability to prioritise and display proactiveness in looking for alternative, more efficient ways of working. Able to work collaboratively and flexibly when supporting others and has confidence in their approach to communication, across all levels. Is professional and works hard to get the job done, always prepared to go the extra mile. Demonstrates the Company values and appreciates the benefits of the values. Knowledge and experience of the Construction industry is desirable but not essential. Right to work in the UK
