Position

Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, the Assistant Quality Manager supports the implementation of quality management processes on-site. They contribute to ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, client expectations, and quality standards.



Main responsibilities Assist in the implementation of project quality procedures across site teams and subcontractors. Support inspections of works, materials, and equipment to verify compliance with drawings and specifications. Help identify non-conformities and track corrective actions until resolution. Support the preparation and follow-up of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality records. Monitor suppliers' and subcontractors' quality deliverables and ensure proper documentation. Maintain up-to-date quality logs and support reporting activities to the Senior Quality Manager. Assist with internal and external audits, quality briefings, and feedback sessions. Contribute to the development of training materials, procedures, and improvement actions.



Profil sought

Education:

Degree in civil engineering, construction, building science, or equivalent experience

Experience:

Initial experience in a similar role (quality, site supervision, construction engineering) is desirable. Exposure to large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Technical skills:

Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong reporting and documentation skills.
